From the beginning of our project with Sergei always made himself readily available for immediate responses and would often go above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the quality of work from BSH and was able to maintain this level of service because of their business model this provided our project with a continuous workload and ensured that there were no delays. Sergei personally reviewed the craftsmanship of work to ensure it was up to his high standards, and always made things right if there were any defects or required changes along the way.
